First of all, You need to go to the anvil lighthouse and face the sea. This cheat is a little confusing so pay real close attention. Turn slightly to the right and You will see a little peninsula type thing protruding into the sea. Head toward it. Once you reach it, face the same way and go into the water but do not go under yet. The helmet is very deep so you will need to conserve air. wade out maybe 3 feet and then dive.
