When fighting the electric monster shoot and dodge until its electricity has gone, then activate devil trigger and use the devil bringer. You can use it at least 3 times. Power up your gun and shoot it before the electricity comes back, the monster should now turn red. By then your bullet should have exploded and wiped out the monster and given you an SSS rank.
