Go to the brick building with three windows. Go through the broken wall to the last window. Jump up on the window and turn around, then throw a grenade close to your feet. Wait a few seconds before jumping. If done correctly, you can get to the snow covered barn house. This may take a few attempts. Preferably, use a sniper rifle because of three grenades.
