You must do gnuci estate mission and kill everyone on the level with head shots (not bushwacker) then once you have completed the level, were it normally says what medals you got and what you unlocked and what skill points you got it will also say big head mode unlocked it will be an add-on to the list of cheats at the bottom !enjoy!. | Submitted by Skorm
