Select Paris and use the Koenigsegg CC, go to the east end of the La Siene river where the barrier is with the 2 trash cans in front of it, go really far from it and try to go really fast at top speed and hit the wall, if fast enough, you can go through it.

This may not work all the time but I tried it once and it worked for me. | Submitted by Dave
