There is a spray can located in the upstairs bedroom of CJ's house in the Ganton area. Go in back of CJ's house. Climb onto the wall and walk over to the his house. Jump onto it then climb to the raised part of his house. Walk towards the back of it, and you will see that there is a building connected to it. Walk onto that building and you will see a can of paint.
