Go out to one of the farms in the countryside with a sniper rifle. Once you see a combine harvester shoot just to the side of the drivers head. He will jump out of the Combine Harvester and run away or attack you. The door will be left open and you can drive into the city and create a blood harvest. | Submitted by DJLee
