Vice City: To get the nitro boost you must put on the "increase tire size" cheat at least 5 times. Then go get a rancher (thats the only one i have found this to work on)and just hold down the right trigger and it should burn off. Note:for the nitro boost to work again you must stop the car, then go again. | Submitted by EWalker
