Spear of Bitter Mercy- To get this second-to-none spear, you need to talk to the Shrine of Sheogorath in Inhipalit in Vivec St. Olms underworks. Talk to the Argonian, Big Head and take the Fork of Horripilation off the table and head for an island to the east. Find a small island with only a bull netch.
