Elder Scrolls: Morrowind Game Of The Year, The Cheats

To get 100 armor skills is a long, but rewarding path. With 100 in armor skills you can become the master of any guild because almost every guild as armor as their Favored Skills. First get a full suit of whatever armor you want to raise and stand in the water so a bunch of fish attack you. Prees B to access menu, put your cursor over the health bar, press black white black black black, hold down A then press B. Your health will raise by itself as you get hit so you won't die. If you armor is a major or minor skill leave the game running an come back every time you level up. If it's not a major or minor skill, turn of the TV NOT the Xbox and leave for a few hours, be sure to check up and you game every once and a while. After it's all done you will be the master of armor. | Submitted by Drakke

Okay, if you're poor, or just want more gold for your pocket, go to Dren Plantation. Once inside, look to your right, near the Netchs. You should see a house on stilts. Go into this house to find a Dark Elf and a Khajit. Attack the Dark Elf. He will come at you will a Daedric Dai-Katana. He's an easy kill, and the Dai-Katana is worth 120,000. Sell it to the Creeper or Mudcrab. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Anyone whose found the talking mudcrab merchant knows its a hassle to get to. To make life easier, find him and DO NOT SELL HIM ANYTHING. Use a command creature spell (if your skills are high enough). Make him follow you to wherever he's convenient to you, Balmora, Caldera, Ald Ruhn. Anywhere! | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Okay, if you're in the Mage's Guild, do all of Ajira's quests. Nothing too complicated. Next, go to Suran. Go to "Desele's House of Earthly Delights". Its more of a nude-dancing hangout. Kill Desele, the woman behind the counter. Leave the Khajit alone. Once she's dead, loot the place for all its Skooma, Sujamma, etc.

If you did all of Ajira's quests, she'll like you a lot. She is one of the few people who'll buy Skooma. The Creeper is another, but if you're at a high enough position in the Mage's Guild, Ajira gives you even better prices (with haggling). | Submitted by Poyzinblud

This is very small list compared to all the combinations you could find if you wanted to. I think the gems (emerald, diamond, and ruby) have the same properties and can be replaced with each other, so if you didn't have an emerald, but you had a ruby, you could use the ruby in the emeralds place. I would be surprised if I didn't repeat a combination or miss spell a word or something, so don't go tell all your friends that Shairu's a screw up. | Submitted by Shairu

To do this, its REALLY lame, but some just play great games to beat them. To beat the game in like... an hour, you need to first get the Keening and Sunder. Don't bother with the Wraithguard, you won't need it. Next, make your way into Dagoth Ur, and find the devil himself. Kill his first form and make your way into the heart's chamber. Find the first and slash is madly. The Keening and Sunder both do mortal wounds of 100 damage, so have MANY potions with you. Kill the heart and bolt! You just beat The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

This is a rather tough task, but if acquire the skills to pick open a 100% Locked door, and dodge Vivec's attacks, you can beat the game. Once you kill Vivec, turn his ?Unique Dwemer Artifact into the Wraithguard (See heavy-armor cheat), and head off to Red Mountain.

Obtain the Keening and Sunder, and go to Dagoth Ur prepared. Make your way to his quarters, and slay this plague upon Vvanderfell. He'll teleport into the Heart of the God's Camber, where a huge statue awaits. Find a bridge on a lower level leading to the gargantuan. Find the heart and hit it once with the Sunder and 5 times with the Keening... now all you need to do is run. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Okay, if you're a Dunmer, this is a lot easier. Simply aquire the robe of Drake's Pride from Senise Thindo at Tel Aruhn's living quarters. Now, with your 75% fire resistance and the new 25%, you resist whatever the flame atronach shoots, and the Dremora Lords can't attack with their weapon until they shoot you with fire.

If you're not a Dunmer, try getting the Dragonbone Cuirass at a higher level. It reflects 100% fire all its own. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

If you've joined a clan, or bloodline, and have done everything you wanted to but are done with them, there is an odd process to take.

First, make your way to Suran. From there, travel northeast until you reach the daedric ruin- Bal Fel.

Inside, there will be a door leading you to a narrow path. Continue along this narrow path, beyond the lava to find a woman and a shrine. Talk to the shrine of Maclath. He will tell you of his problems with his daughter, and wants you to slay her. She and her frost Atronach friend are located in Dubdilla. Dubdilla is south of Vos. Make your way there and slay the two. If you put a spell of Mark on the shrine, recall there, if not, you're in for a long hike back.

Talk to the shrine to regain your humanity. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

To make money at the start of the game you need to steal. In Balmora take the silt strider to Ald-ruhn or Molag-Marr. When you are there go to the gaurd towers and look in the boxes. Hopefully you come across expensive Bonemold armor. Take the Bonemold armor and travel to Caldera by the Mages Guild. When in Caldera head straight until you come to the first right. Turn right and there will be a building to your left. Go into this building called Gohrak Manor. Head upstairs to the Scamp. His name is Creeper. He is the only merchant that will give you a fair price for everything. what ever you do this is the only merchant in the game who you don't want to kill. Eventually his money will regenerate its self so you can keep trading with him.

For easy levels you need to get about 1000gold.What you do is go to Balmara and head to the fine achlemist,it should be around all of the mansions so just look for it.Once you find it go in and talk to the lady, buy an apprentice mortar and pestle, and any of the other things you want(calcinator, ritard, ect.)Also I recomend buying two of them like the calcinator and mortar and pestle, and get both apprentice.Once you get these go to the mages guild,go to the bottom and teloport to Sadrith Mora:Wolverine Hall.Talk to the guy named Iniel,I think but hes the guy that sells ingredients, buy crab meat and rat meat,10 of each.Once you do this open your inventory now highlight the mortar and pestle and press it.Now you go to the ingredients and put all 10 of each meat, start pessing X to make potions.Sell the potions to the guy and repeat the process only buying the meats and making the potions not buying the mortar and pestle. If you ever need more money then just steal things in sadrith mora and sell them. This may take a little while at first but eventually you will make a lot of money once you do,just go out and find people to train you.My guy is about level 38 and all of my skills are at least 75. Have fun. | Submitted by Evil2

If you have just started a new game, here's a good and easy way to make money. When you first start, if you have alchemy in your major or minor skills, this has a better effect, but don't worry if you do not have alchemy, you can just make some spare cash.

You will need around 3000g for this, go to Nac of White Haven, behind the Balmora manors and buy an Apprentices Mortar and Pestle, Retort, Calcinator and Alembic. Then go to the Balmora mages guild (if you don't know where that is, just ask around).

Then talk to downstairs and go to Travel then to Sadrith Mora. Once in Sadrith Mora, to your left will be Iniel and , Talk to and barter with her and buy 10 Crab Meat and 10 Hound Meat, then sell it back to her. Keep repeating this process until she has around 500 of Crab meat and Hound meat each. You would have noticed that however many she has it will always come back as that same number. Then just go to your inventory and press 'A' on your Mortar and Pestle and add the 2 ingredients. The just keep pressing 'X' to create your potions. You will notice that if you have Alchemy as a Major/Minor skill that you will level up quickly. Every time it says Meditate, drop your ingredients and the potions then go rest in a bed, then go back and repeat the process.

Once all of your ingredients have been used up, you may want to drop potions until you can move, then speak to Iniel and go to Travel then Caldera, then go out the door and keep going forward and the building you are looking at is Ghorak Manor, go inside and upstairs is a Scamp called 'Creeper' he will give you a fair price for your potions. So once all his gold have been used up, rest for 24 hours right in front of him and he will regenerate his money, keep selling and resting until you have no potions, the go back for more then back to the 'Creeper' and keep repeating this aswell.

It worked well for me, if you have trouble just keep reading through it. | Submitted by MattyC

To gain a little cash at the very beginning, simply swipe the Limeware Platter at the Census Office. The Guard will come after you, but if you drop the Platter from your inventory, you can pick it up after he tells you that he won't arrest you. You will recieve no bounty. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Every time I make a new game I do this, First off make sure that you have a bound longsword or bound something(not dagger). go to Molag mar and then the boyout armigers stronghold. go down the stairs and there will be a door right there, open it up and there will be a guy named ulms drathen there, you dont need to taunt him into fighting just use your bound weapon and kill him nobody will care. I would try to kill him while he is still using majic because if your lvl 1 he can kill you pretty fast with the claymore, when you kill him he will have glass armour on and the daedric claymore wich is worth 80,000 and does up to 60 damage. | Submitted by Ryan

Here's a nice little situation:

You're nearly master of both the fighter's guild and thieve's guild. You speak to the leader of where you're at right then, and he asks you to kill the other one. So, you go to the other guild, but before you kill the person, you talk to him and ask if he has anymore quests before he dies. His quest is to assassinate the leader of the other guild. NBow you have two rivals asking for the death of the other... who do you kill?

The answer is the master of the fighter's guild- Sjoring Hard Heart. Kill him and you'll advnace from the champion to the master. Report back to Gentleman Jim Stacey, and he'll promote you to master of the Thieve's Guild. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Okay, go out, with NOTHING equipped. No pants, no shirt, no shoes, no armor, and the people will notice and mention it to. I've ogtten such comments like:

"We are not amused..."
"Were you in a hurry? You forgot to get dressed"
"Put some clothes on!"

They say many funny things, so try it out. | Submitted by poyzinblud

Instead of killing the man you need to finish the story in Tel Fyr, just get his armor in these various locations.

Daedric Cuirass- Found either by doing Mistress Therana’s quest in Great House Telvanni or in the Wailingdelve, so use a torch because its hard to see in the dark. The Wailingdelve can be found in the Citidel of Myn Dhrur, in the Daedric Ruin, Hidden in the Dwemer ruin in the Plaza Brindisi Dorum for the story.

Daedric Face of God- Found in Sepulcher, with the Stormkiss, except for the Daedric Face of God, you need to levitate at the beginning to where the crystals are.

Daedric Face of Terror- Found on Enar Dralor in Ghostgate, Tower of Dusk, Lower level in glass armor.

Daedric Face of Inspiration- Found in either Mamaea with the fang of Fang of Haynekhtnamet, found in Ibar Dad with the Eildon’s Ward and on a Buoyant Armiger in the top level of the Tower of Dusk.

Daedric Gauntlet (L)- Found in Kogoruhn, Charma’s Breath, or the Black Heart (one of those)

Daedric Gauntlet(R)- Either kill the Imperial in Aryon’s Chambers in Tel Vos or found with the Daedric Gauntlet (L).

Daedric Pauldron (L)- Found in Karstaag Tower, Solstheim. It’s the top spire on top of castle Karstaag. Inside, the pauldron is nearly invisible in a crack.

Daedric Pauldron(R)- Found in the Wailingdelve, just sitting on the rocks.

Daedric Greaves- Found in Dren Plantation on the shelf in Dren’s Villa or do Mistress Therana’s quest.

To get rich quick, there are certain steps to doing it.

1- Buy a spell of Intervention (Either one will do), go to Dren Plantation (Northeast of Peligaid), go into Dren's Villa, find Orvas Dren, and beside his on his closet will be an ebony Cuirass and Daedric Greaves. Swipe the Cuirass and Greaves and use the intervention spell (its best to have it set to go before you swipe it). You won't get a bounty, but if you are arrested, it will be confiscated.

2- For quick cash, go to Caldera, Ghorak Manor, go to the Top floor and in a crate will be; an Orcish Cuirass, Greaves and both Pauldrons.

3- In Suran, go to the house of Earthly delights, kill Desele (The owner) and steal whatever you want. Only she will care and you won't get a bounty. The shop across the street is also available for looting. The owner will not care and has some nice stuff.

4- In Balmora, find the Guard Tower with a closet that has the Sword of White Woe on top of it. Make the Guard look opposite directions to you. You'll need Telekenisis for this, because you neeed to go aside the bed and become undetected. Jump with Telekenisis and grab the Sword. If you did it right, it's yours. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

To become GrandMaster of two Great Houses is really simple. First Join House Rederon or Tevalli become the Leader or GrandMaster of the House. In the Nerevarine Quest you have to kill Orvas Dren or make him step down to become Horator. After this happens talk to Duke Dren about Camonna Tong and he thanks you for controling them. You are now a Hireling of House Hlaalu. Talk to him again about Camonna Tong and he makes you a Councilman. Talk to him about business and he asks you th contol the ordinators, do this and your are the Grand Master. Note: This only works for House Hlaalu and one other Great House. | Submitted by Drakke

Okay, in first person mode, run with your weapon drawn. The weapon will stay still, infront of you. Now switch to Third Person View and run. Your weapon will swing with your arms. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

During The Game, press The button on your controller (B) go to the very top to your health and then press the folllowing buttons: Black, White, Black, Black, Black. After you have pressed these buttons, your health should recharge every time you get hit.

While acquiring the Mace of Slurring (The Golena Sadri quest), go into the trap door, and an occassional glitch is that you'll find her dead friend still alive. Kill her, and your journal will say that you "found here with her throat slit". Just remember: You did nothing wrong, its just kind of funny. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

To kill Vivec, a god who has an entire metropolis dedicated to him, its actually rather easy. First, you'll need to be abel to pick a 100% Locked door, then you'll confront the deity himself. Don't attack him with a sword, simply shoot something at him. He'll attack you with magic. If you're hit, you're dead, simple as that. Once he's missed twice, he's defenseless and using hand to hand combat. He has a LOT of health, so be prepared.

Here are some odd toys, one that when you get too close, you get hurt... badly! Turn right at the fork and confront her. Kill her to get the mace, a Daedric Longbow and 5 SWEET ebony arrows.

Scourge- Found in Tel Fyr, Hall of Fyr, next to the small chest where the Daedric Sanctuary Amulet is found. It is locked in a large chest.

Severed Nord Leg- Ooh Goody!!! A leg! Go to Thirsk, Solstheim after you get so far in the Bloodmoon story that you fight Aeslip. Go to Thirsk. It will be demolished but have one survivor, speak with the survivor, get the info on the Uderfryte (A big, green monkey!), and slay it. Its cave it very close to Lake Fjalding. It has its heart and a severed Nord Leg... Yum! Tasty!

Unless you can open a level 100 lock, grab the key off his desk and go to the Corpusarium. That key, rather than open the small chest, opens a chest in the Corpusarium. In each chest you open, you’ll find another key until you open the last one. THAT key opens the small chest, which will give you a little amulet. Equip the amulet and transport to Megas Volar. Fight Lord Dregas Volar, and once you kill him; you are teleported back to Tel Fyr with the Daedric Crescent in hand!

Fang of Haynekhtnamet- Found in Mamaea, west of Bal Isra, in the shrine of pitted dreams. It lies in a cart.

Mehrunes Razor- To get the Dagger of Meruhnes Dagon, you must first travel to his shrine, which is at the northwest edge of Vvanderfell, past the dwemer ruin. Talk to the shrine and hear his story about his lost dagger. Go to the Alas tomb, which is south of Erabanimsum Camp. Find a corpse lying on the alter in the tomb. Loot his body for a rusty dagger and return it to the daedra lord. He will take it and grant you his Razor.

Black Hands Dagger- Become Grandmaster of the Morag Tong guild of assassins and Eno Hlaalu will give you this awesome dagger.

Dagoth Dagger- Either learn about the Vivec murders and kill the dreamer prophet in Vivec Foreign Quarter underworks or go to the Telvanni monster lab (Vivec canalworks) and look behind a pillow on the floor next to an alter.

Dagger of Symmachus- Do quests for King Hlaalu Helseth in Mournhold and eventually he will give you the dagger.

Frostgore Chop- This dagger can be found in the river along the Moesring Mountains region of Solstheim. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Spear of Bitter Mercy- To get this second-to-none spear, you need to talk to the Shrine of Sheogorath in Inhipalit in Vivec St. Olms underworks. To do his quest, go to a desolate island far west of Dagon Fel to find a lonely shack. Talk to the Argonian, Big Head and take the Fork of Horripilation off the table and head for an island to the east. Find a small island with only a bull netch. Go to it to discover it’s a giant bull netch. You must kill it with the weak fork or you won’t get the spear. Once you land a deathblow with the fork, go back to the shrine and talk with Sheogorath. He will give you his legendary Spear of Bitter Mercy!

Hunter’s Spear- This is the ultimate spear. The best in the game. To get it, you need to finish the Bloodmoon story, and once you beat Karstaag, Hircine will confront you ask you the most important aspect of a hunter. Tell him his guile and fight the Hunter’s aspect of guile and get the Hunter’s Spear!

Hunter’s Spear (Weak)- This spear is pretty bad, but legendary nonetheless. It’s at the bottom of Lake Fjalding in the western part of it.

Illkurok- Found in Nchurdamz, a dwemer ruin north of the Shrine of Azura, leaning against the wall.

Greed- Found leaning on a wall in Vivec Telvanni’s Vaults.

Spear of the Snow Prince- Lying on the stone alter in the Jolgeirr Barrow, Solstheim. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

In Bloodmoon quest, at the very end, you will be entered in Hircine's hunt. If you are a werewolf, change back into human, nomatter how long it takes. Once human, you must get to the second arera of the maze. Find Heart-Fang (leader of the Skall). Hew will give you the option to join forces. Refuse and kill him. He will not only reveal he's a werewolf, but after you kill him, you recieve Hircine's Ring. When worn, you become a werewolf. You get it from him even if you're a werewolf. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

To find the Lord’s Mail without breaking any locks and only needing to fight the rogue to get it, simply go outside Ebonhear (on the path into town) and then in the water to your right there should be a door in the water against a rock, enter there, and then in that cavern you will find the man in the lords mail, kill him and get it (he IS hard to kill) | Submitted by AtariGweedo

When you become Wizard, you can Talk to Trebonius, and battle him for the position of Arch-Mage, despite requirements. If you have one brain cell in your head, you'll wait until you become Master Wizard. If you kill him at Wizard level, your status of Arch-Mage will never come to be. You'll just advance to Master Wizard, with no one to promote you to Arch-Mage. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

While playing the game press the B button to go into the character screen. Then go to the stats screen and go to the magic bar and press the following: Black, Black, White, White, Black, White. Then hold down the A button and hit the B button your magic should refill every time you use a spell (NOTE: This cheat will end and you will have to do it over again when you go back into the inventory screen)

Mai'q the Liar is by far the most odd NPC you'll ever see (Maybe the Orc at Ald Daedroth). Anyway, he just lives on a tiny island, off the East coast of the Island North to Main Vvanderfell (Where Dagon Fel is). He will have a chair and a fishing pole with him. Talk to him once and he won't say much, but if you talk again, he'll have great stories including:

Multiplayer- Go seek Rolf the Uber!
Dragons- HIGH in the sky!
Horses- Mai'q's favorite animal!
Vampires- No good info on them.
The only good thing he can tell you is about the sunken shrine of Bothieth.

All he says is lies! Believe me! I spent an hour soaring straight up to see a dragon and found a 2 minute drop afterwards. Its just really fun, though. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

You may have already found, and killed Mastrius without even knowing it. That's the tough part about this cheat.

You can find Mastrius fallen, in an ancestral tomb in Red Mountain. You may wonder why he's not talking to you. Its because he only talks to Vampires. Become a vampire (Preferably Aundae, if you're looking for some rare artifacts), and go to his tomb. He'll have a few quests for you. One of them is to retrieve the Shadow Shield from Bthuand, a dwemer ruin far west of Vos. If you've readmy other cheats, you can guess what to do next ;). | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Okay,to do this, you need to get go get a summon spell or scroll, or just go adventure places.

Find an enemy, or summon one and soul trap it.

Kill it(first choose your soul gem and drop all others in a place you can remember) .Go to an enchanter and create your weapons, or sell the soul gems.

Tips: Explore caves and caverns for soul gems and weapons and armor to enchant. Also there's a magical dagger in a tree trunk outside of Seyda Neen going to Hla Oad.

What's it goin' to be? Weapons and armor or gold?

You decide! | Submitted by DavidZuniga

At any time during the game, enter a house, and drop any excess luggage off. Continue to do this and the house will get an overflow loot bag. It will put any extra items in it, and will never overflow itself. This is not good if you're trying to take over a house and make it look nice. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

OK First to do this you will need the spells Soultrap and a Summoning Spell. Once you have those two spells go to somewhere where you can make spells {For ex; A Mages Guild} and choose the summoning spell. Set it for 2 seconds on Self.
Next choose soultrap on target, do NOT change any of the options except change it to target. Once you buy the spell look directly at the ground, if you do not cast it directly at the ground the creature will disapear in 2 seconds. Sometimes even if you are looking at the ground the creature will disapear. This is a fluke. When that happens do what I do and go to a more open area. Bye Now! | Submitted by SuperUglyManGo

You probably wonder what its like to be at level 100, right? Its not much different from being anywhere from level 100 to 65535.

That's right, gamers! The maximum level is 65535! If you're hoping to simply reach 100... you may wanna plan ahead. It sounds insane, but once you grow past this level, you just go to 0.

Note: Please don't ask how I know this! | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Kill one of these people in Mournhold:

King Hlaalu Helseth
Barenziah
Drin (Temple archcanon)

Talk to the people they are associated with (ex: Helseth-Royal Guards). Talk to them about the king, or the dead person.

For king Helseth, Royal Guards say:

"The King has been murdered!"

For Banrenziah, everyone in Mournhold will say:

"All of Mournhold weeps for our lady."

For Drin, High Ordinators say:

"Drin has been murdered... we will find his killer."

Talking to the High Ordinators about the king will get the response:

"Let the guards handle it."

Its about the same for the Archcanon, and the Royal Guards. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

First, go through enough of the story to go to mournhold, then, warp there. Once there, go to the Imperial Cult area. There, look for a robed women. She will sell spells that will fortify skills like alchemy and illusion, rather than strenght or speed. Buy ONE spell, then find someone who can make spells, add that effect and you will be able to fortify any skill except attack. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

Once in a blue moon, a part of anything will just disappear. It will leave no trace of walls. Only things that have events attached, like moving location or specifically placed objects, like crumbled walls at Frostmoth. This may even happen to you while walking around. The ground may actually give way and you fall into mysterious water. You can levitate back up to solid land. This may also happen in vivec. ... Always be prepared. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

These are the weapons you need to beat the game. The tools of Kagrenac. Here is where to find them.

Keening- In Odrosal. Find the Ash Vampire, ask him about the Keening and Dagoth Ur's offer. It has nothing to do with the story, but its nice to know. He will attack you after awhile. Kill him for a special Amulet and a key. Use the key to open a ladder leading you to the Legendary Keening. It will be sticking in the ground.

Sunder- In Veynulal, kill the Ash Vampire for it and a special amulet.

Both these weapons require the Wraithguard in order to hold. If they are used without the Wraithguard(s), you will recieve mortal wounds of 100 HP every few seconds. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

The best ring in the game is the King's Signet Ring.

King's Signet Ring
Weight: 0.1
Value: 10,000
Effects;
Reflect 100%
Restore Health 10 pts.
Restore Fatigue 10 pts.
Absorb Magicka 100%
Constant effect.
How to get it:

Finish the Mournhold Storyline. If you helped Helseeth out, his final mission will be to find out something about Almelexia. Once you've beaten her in accordance with the Mournhold storyline, Helseth will have no more mission. Since he's obsolete, you can kill him.

---WARNING---
Guards in Mournhold do their duty to protect the king. If you fight him, they will ALL come after you, so prepare for a fight.

Kill Helseth, find his body under the mass of corpses, and loot him for the Ring, a Daedric Dai-Katana a Frostguard Robe, and some royal armor. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

This bug is virtually unheard of but is very handy. Here is a great way to use it.

First of all find an artifact that can be sold to the mournhold museum of artifacts,eg:staff of magnus, lords mail, goldbrand.
Sell the item and get 30,000gp
Once sold find the item inside the museum and jump onto the stand that the artifact is placed on
Go into first person view and look directly down on top of the object
Make sure that when you jump the name of the object is still visible
Jump and when you reach the maximum hieght of the jump you will hit the cieling and stay there for a fraction of a second, when this happens press A to take the object.
The game will not register you on the same floor/level as the guards and so they wont realise.
This works about 90% of the times tried and on about 90% of the objects in morrowind.
Try it on the winged twilight soul gem on the top floor of the mages guild in balmora for a free 60,000gp worth of stuff. | Submitted by MrOddballKennedy

Okay, you steal something, valuable from someone important and you're set for life, right?

Wrong.
For a good example, if you steal the Grand Soul Gem for Galbedir, in the Balmora Mage's Guild, you won't be able to sell her ANYTHING. She will claim it belongs to her, no matter how obscure the item.

To get this Soul Gem for A LOT less, simply do Mage's Guild Missions, and makes good friend, she can sell you the Soul Gem for as low as 20,000. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

This is a list of things NOT to do while playing Morrowind (or at least until you've beaten the game.)

1. Don't try to attack the census, unless you plan for this to be a VERY short game.
2. Do try to answer questions to get your class. Create your own and select the stuff you want.
3. Don't attack Caius Cosades. Don't know the guy? He's the dude that the census tells ou to meet. He's one of the most important characters in the game.
4. Did you ever find a big door leading to a place called "Cavern of the Incarnate"? Don't go in... TRUST ME.
5. When in the cavern of incarnate, don't attack the spirits. Although many people don't realize it, GHOSTS CANNOT DIE.
6. Don't sell the item called "Package to Caius Cosades". I can't tell you how many people lose their games because they sold or lost it.
7. Don't steal the stuff that can be bought easily. Once you steal something, that object is permenantly marked. Not just that item. Every item of that kind. Steal a plate? EVERY plate is stolen!
8. Ever go to Vivec's High Fane and wonder what's behind that locked door? Keep wondering... For your own good!
9. Don't ever, EVER go into the Chamber of Heart of Akhulakhan unless you have distinct plans to complete the game then and there.
10. Don't try to fight Vivec the second you find him. People, he's a friggin god! And you wanna try to kill him with an ebony broadsword!?
11. if you get expelled from a guild, and welcomed back in, don't screw up... You only get one extra chance.
12. Despite the phrase "Size doesn't matter"... It does. When you see a large monster running at you... You should run the same way!
13. LAVA BAD... LAVA VERY BAD. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

No matter how tough or invincible you think you are, you’re probably not, so always be prepared with healing potions, and escape spells.

Having a sword that soul traps creatures on strike is good until you accidentally put a mudcrab into a grand soul gem.
Running around naked will not get you popular, no matter what your gender is.
Having the crosshair off is basically a death sentence. Keep it on.
Marksman weapons are good, but if you’re not fast, they can prove kind of bad at close range.
Don’t be surprised when guards don’t do their duty and let you get killed by something in the middle of a town.
Don’t become both a Vampire and a Werewolf. Try going out at night as a wolf or try going out in the day, becoming one crispy vampire.
Don’t become a werewolf, period. Get Hircine’s ring and have fun.
Running is a great way to boost your athletics and speed, but jumping is quicker.
Put acrobatics as a minor skill. Always minor. If you put it as a major, it’s a good 15-point boost gone for nothing, if you don’t have it as a skill, you’re missing out on many levels.
Once you reach a level where basically no one can hurt you, have fun, get a bounty, kill some guards. The game’s practically over. Enjoy its last few drops of goodness.
If you see something that looks dangerous, it probably is, so think twice before doing anything.
Don’t kill the man in Daedric Armor in Tel Fyr. Daedric Armor is a clear sign that Bethesda is taunting you by making the armor so friggin hard to get. | Submitted by Poyzinblud

When Korst Wind-Eye in Solthseim asks you to get the Totem of Claw and Fang in the Bloodmoon main quest, something crazy happens. First time I played it, I didn't get the Totem (I couldn't find it the first time), but he let me go on to the next mission. The next time I got it, HE DISAPPEARED! Since I couldn't find him, I started on the Vvardenfell main quest. I was on my way to ghost gate to fight Dagoth Ur when I found Korst Wind-Eye in the foyada, just standing there. By then I...misplaced the Totem somewhere, and I couldn't find it to give it to him. Basically, don't bother getting it, just talk to him after he gives you the mission. | Submitted by FryUryo

While playing the game press the B button hit the R trigger until you get to the stats screen. Then go to the fatigue bar and press the following: Black, Black, White, White, Black. Then hold the A button and hit B. (NOTE: When you go back to the menu you will have to do the cheat over again)

First you need to get to Mournhold and then find the robed lady in the Imperial Cult Services. Now go to spellmaking and select fortify skill and then any skill you want and set it at 100-100 on target. Now select soultrap for 2 seconds on self. Now buy the spell and cast it towards a wall. Do not upgrade your athletics or acrobatics because if you do the next time you jump you will never come down. | Submitted by zodiacray

---Warning---

With Vampirism, you can say goodbye to daylight and human interactions.

To become a member of the legions of the undead, you need to find a vampire-infested den. Drushcasti, Galom Deus and Nerano Ancestral Tomb all have vampires.

Find a vampire and contract Prophlyic Hemophilia. It restores your fatigue, and is a common disease.

Sleep for 3 days INSIDE. You may wake up a crispy critter.

You will be awakened by a nightmare, and be a vampire. Depending on which clan you joined; Aundae, Berne and Quarra, you will get certain boosts of skill. Clan Berne gives you boosts in your stealth. Clan Quarra gives you boosts in your Fighting. Clan Aundae gives you a boost in your magic.

Now, you can do missions for the head of your clan, but here are your disadvantages:

The sunlight hurts you. Thinking about napping outsides? NO!
People shun you. Just try fufilling the prophecy now.
The mage's guild still likes you!... But doesn't do business with you.
Guards attack you, as do many citizens.
Your appearance is... off.
You can never get a full night sleep. Nightmares will always awaken you.

Think hard before you become a blood-sucker. There is no cure... or is there? | Submitted by Poyzinblud
