On the main menu, choose Take A Ride. Go to Miami and choose the Cigarette Speed Boat. From there, choose the start that is closest to your Ocean Side House. Drive out to the middle of the ocean until you reach the Miami on the map. You should see houses on stilts in the water. In the house that is on the dot of the one of the I's, I can't remember which, there will be one of the Timmy Vercilli's, so be careful when entering. | Submitted by Tylord
