To get this achievement you must use melee weapon because elemental bullet for ranged weapon doesn't work. So first things you need to do is craft the cheapest elemental melee weapon and after that go to mission difficult one and kill some weakest monster like Ogretail because that monster almost weak too all element like fire,freeze,spark and after that finish the mission and the achievement will pop out.
