Once the dealer has gone as low as they'll go on an item (noted by smoke coming out of their ears) DON'T BUY IT! Switch to another item, preferably something super cheap and get that. It'll reset the dealer's mood. Now go back and and work on the item you really want be it inspecting or haggling. More Cheats, Achievements
