Select the height of the bar, then press Left or Right before beginning your attempt. This allows selection of three different jump styles and camera views. Sweep the D-pad in a Full-Circle when the power meter reaches the far left. You character will spin as in the discus throw. Release the ball after the spin. Press Left or Right after your throw. Complete Decathlon mode, scoring more than 8000 points. On returning to the title screen, hold X while selecting your game and player. In the JP release this will select the hidden athlete, Mankichi Kazami from the manga comic "Decathlon". Kazami was removed or disabled in the EU version, however if you check the sound test after trying the above, the last number in the test is no longer 166, Kazami's introduction and voice are available to listen to from 167 upwards. In the 100-Meter Dash, as soon as the announcer say your course numbers press Up, Left, Down, Right, X. Sweep the D-pad in counter-clockwise Full-Circle starting at Up, then press X as the course number is announced in the 100 meter event. Sweep the D-pad in clockwise Full-Circle starting at Up, then press X as the course number is announced in the 100 meter event. In the 100-Meter Dash, as soon as the announcer say your course numbers press Left, Right, Left, Right, X.
