Change your icon and title in the main menu by going through the list until you reach the "USFIV" category. Select anything desired for that category, and play any type of match and finish it. Easy "Birth of the Oni" trophy
To have a chance to fight Oni in Arcade mode after Seth (the final battle), meet the following requirements, with only having one round per battle. Have no continues, one Perfect, five First Strikes, three Super or Ultra Finishes, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra finish. Easy "Good old times" trophy
Start a Versus mode game against the CPU under the "Hardest" difficulty setting and the "Edition Select" option on. Set the game to one round. Choose any character (Zangief recommended) and make sure the edition is "USFIV". Choose your opponent to be the same character as yourself. Set the CPU's edition to "SFIV" its handicap to "0%". Then, defeat your opponent. Easy "Long Time No See" trophy
To fight Gouken in Arcade mode after Seth, meet the following requirements, with only having one round per battle. Have no continues, one Perfect, five First Strikes, and three Super or Ultra Finishes. However, you do not need to defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra finish. Easy "Ultra Effective" trophy
Win an Online Ranked match with Poison, Elena, Rolento, Hugo or Decapre. Fight against second rival
Note: This can only be done as Ryu, Cammy, Chun-Li, Seth, C.Viper, or Guile. Either hold [3 Kick] or no button when "Now!" appears, and keep it held until both character's pre-fight portraits appear to fight the indicated rival.

Fight extra Bosses in Arcade mode
Complete the indicated task to fight the corresponding extra boss after Seth is defeated. You must fight three round matches and complete the requirements before facing Seth.
Akuma
Do not lose any rounds and get one Perfect victory.
Evil Ryu
Do not lose any rounds, get one Perfect victory, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra combo.
Gouken
Do not lose any rounds, get one Perfect victory, get ten First Attacks, and have five Super or Ultra combo finishes.
Oni
Do not lose any rounds, get one Perfect victory, get ten First Attacks, have five Super or Ultra combo finishes, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra combo. Select the "Player Data" option at the main menu, then the "Prize Code" option. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding title.
Secret Boss fights in Arcade mode
Complete the indicated requirements before fighting Seth to fight the corresponding character after defeating Seth. The fight will be against a powered-up version of the normal playable character. Note: The following requirements are based on the normal three round setting.
Akuma: Never lose a round, and get one "Perfect" victory.
Evil Ryu: Never lose a round, get one "Perfect" victory, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra combo.
Gouken: Never lose a round, get one "Perfect" victory, get 10 First Attacks, and have 5 Super or Ultra combo finishes.
Oni: Never lose a round, get one "Perfect" victory, get 10 First Attacks, have 5 Super or Ultra combo finishes, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra combo. Ultra Combo double scaling
