In the base game the shopkeeper has a 2D art model, but after you update your game it becomes the 3D model. If you press triangle when entering the shop however it will go back to the 2D version of the shopkeeper. On either version if you hit the controller lightly she will react angrily and say "No touching" while covering her chest.
