At Shrine of Amana, go to last the hut before the entrance to last the bonfire. At Rhoy's Resting Place, exit the back door and go to the right toward the big cyclops golem. Cast light or use a torch to avoid falling off the edge. Do not engage him. Walk by the edge until you reach a row of degraded pillars. Two mages will begin firing at you.
