In the draft in franchise mode you can get in between other teams trades. Simulate the current pick and immediately press the triangle button, and sometimes you'll come across two other teams trading. Just delete the picks in the trade for section and choose your team and trade a 7th round pick, and you can get a teams 1st, 2nd, and 3rd picks. You can also trade there players away as well so like they'll trade Tom Brady for rex grossman. | Submitted by Sam
