Get 5,000 shoot downs with any character. Complete the "5,000 Shot Down" mission to unlock the "Remember 50 Completed Missions mission". To select the characters, you must increase your friendship with characters from Dynasty Warriors. Then, complete the Aratama license mission to get the Musha Gudam license.
