Take a superstar who is Super Heavyweight(Kane,Batista). Go to create-moves set. Set him in 'Up Circle' Powerbomb 07. Then go to Royal Rumble & choose the superstar whom you have set the move Powerbomb 07. Then put the powerbomb 07 move near the ring. The superstar will be put outside the ring.
