Go to train at the castle. You can walk between the fifth and sixth level numerous times and collect "Walnuts Of Power", "Seeds Of Speed", or "Fruits Of Life" by defeating the barrel-like opponent with the "crab" hand. If he is not there, go back up the stairs and come back down. Your character's power should soar after a few attempts.
