When you go to kill the boss (whoever has the sniper rifle at the end of the level) go to the stairs you go up before you enter the room he is in. Then go straight across where he is shooting from. When you get past him there should be a gunman standing by a door to the left. Kill him and then turn to the right. You should see a room. Enter it. There should be a gunman inside, kill him and when you do that turn to the left wall. You should see a vent opening at the bottom crawl through. As you crawl along you will come to a spot where you can turn or go straight. Turn and after crawling for a while you will find a room with a box in it. It has the M16k in it. Get it and then climb back up the shaft. When you come to the spot where you turned take a left and you should come to where the boss is shooting from. Stay in the tunnel and wait for him to cross your path. He will not see you so don't worry. When you have a clear shot kill him.
