• Defense Ministry: Hang On Gutter Without Alarm

After interrogating the driver, you are supposed to go out to the balcony in the courtyard and hang on the gutter. To do this without setting off the alarm, take the two guards that you killed or knocked out in the hallway into the room. Hide them, then turn off the light.
