You need the following weapons: Shield Charger/Tesla Barrier, Synthinoid/Killinoid, Clank Shocker/Clank Zapper. Deploy all at once to go Invincible. The amount of time you will remain Invincible depends on how powerful these weapons are. They strengthen on their own, so using Invincible Mode more often strengthens it's effect.
