Go to the counter where you enter codes and enter NBP398 and TYH319 (You must buy the Disguise extra first). After you enter theses codes exit out of the counter and press pause then go to extras, and go to Disguise and when you press Right there will be Disguise 2 and when you press Right again there will be Disguise 3. Disguise 2 will give the characters a clown nose and Disuise 3 will give the characters the same as the original Disguise only with white moustaches and white beards.
