When the opposition has just won a penalty and their player is getting ready, press right on the right anolog stick, and your goalkeeper should bounce along his goal line. Then in between the players run up and his contact with the ball, bounce back to the middle and then dive (circle and left annalog stick) to the far left hand side. It works about 90% of the time.
