The first chance you get to do this is in the 1000G League with the 1250 G engine on the Verdegrande course. Enable the "Unlimited shields and turbos" and "Unlimited ammunition and StarCom" codes. to do this trick. Start the race as normal and switch to the rear blasters weapon, then hold the Accelerator, Weapon and Booster. Drive with skill and you can get the speed numbers into yellow. Continue to drive with skill and eventually you will notice that for a brief moment it does not look appear as if you are moving. This indicates you have reached the speed needed. Note: This is the fastest speed in the entire game. When you turn a corner at this speed (if you see it coming since the surroundings will literally be a blur), the game may glitch and your bike will teleport backwards slightly down the track. It is also possible to do this with either the 1250 G or 1500 G engines in the last course. Try using the Palus bike with Epsilon Knight as the pilot. Also, once at this speed, you are invulnerable to minigun, missile, and railgun fire, as you can drive at the same speed as those shots. You can actually drive between minigun bullets and have a group of them surrounding the bike. As for the railgun shot, you may see a blue blur beside your bike for a moment before it vanishes. Missiles are easily outrun. Note: You will do about 60% damage to an enemy craft's shields if you collide at this speed. They other craft will also be propelled forwards, and may explode if it comes into contact with a wall due to the extreme speed and lack of shields.
