Blue Fruits

Start as Sharline and get the bow and pot lid. Go towards the save crystal and kill the flower there for Blue Fruit. Enter the shop via the crystal and exit to make the flower respawn.

Red Fruits

In the underground temple, after Castle Rieubane, go to the East Annex Wing. Use the save crystal to make the Golem that drops endless Red Fruits respawn.
