In the underground excavation tunnel on the second disk, you can borrow a guy's pick by trading him a potion. You can find this guy right past the 3rd(exit) switch. Climb past the vines and talk to the guy to get his pick. On the top level, go to the very far right and face the wall that looks bumpy.
