The goal in every forest is to call out Chicobos in a pattern that leaves only one Chicobo on the ground. This may take some effort in some of the forests. A lone chicobo makes its Parent nervous, and causes it to come out of hiding when you examine the baby. After solving the puzzle you can freely search for hidden items in that forest. If you find a hidden item the chocobo's will become your friends and will no longer hide from you in that forest. Though if you don't find an item and leave, then you'll to solve the puzzle again in that forest inorder to get the chocobo. | Submitted by CidHighwind
