Enter the Carter house, and locate the photo inside. Search every room in the house to hear snippets of conversations in most of them. You must remain inside the rooms until the conversations have ended. After hearing the final conversation in the attic by Ethan, another conversation will be started by your character. You will get the "Home" achievement after it ends.
