As this cheat requires you to buy the most cattlelog items in a day, fill your bean bank to the max. Then, buy as many items as you can - make sure that they are low-priced. Obviously, you can get 1st place on the top toons list by buying the most cattlelog items in a day out of everyone playing that day. To get another top toon list 1st place, give all the cattlelog items you purchased to somebody as gifts.
