  • Baby Sim Modder

Enable the "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true" code, then hold [Shift] and click your Sim. Go to spawn a new object called "Sim Modder", which is a little baby. This baby can make it so that all, you, or another Sim gets complete aspiration points, motives, or even gain friends. The baby also can change your aspiration to a new hidden aspiration known as "Grilled Cheese Aspiration", where your Sims want to do nothing more than to focus their entire life around Grilled Cheese sandwiches.

  • Cheat Mode

Press [CTRL] + [SHIFT] + C during game play to display the console window. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Some codes may be case-sensitive.

  • Command Line Cheat Mode

Start the game with one of the following command line parameters to activate the corresponding cheat function:

  • Death in seconds

First buy a dragon fire breathing thing, then put something flammable next to it, then wait until the flamable object is on fire (has to be done outside with no walls), tThen Let the sim stand there and he/she will soon catch on fire (don't let any sim douse the flames), then after a while the sim will turn to ashes and the grim reaper appears.

  • Display frame rate

Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + S during game play to toggle the display of the current frame rate.

  • Driving

When your Sim becomes a teenager it can drive a car.

  • Get more than eight Sims in household

Enable the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true code, then hold [Shift] and click on your Sim. Select "Spawn", and then choose "Tombstone of L and D". You can now choose from several options. Select "Make pregnant by "your Sim's name" and have a baby with yourself. Then, select "Speed up my pregnancy" and your Sim will have its baby in less than a day.

  • Grilled Cheese Sandwich Aspiration

Get the ReNuYu Reprogrammer found in your Sim(s) Aspiration Rewards (not Devices or Career Rewards) using Aspiration Points. Instruct a Sim with desperation (in the red zone) Aspiration status to reprogram him or herself. He or she will probably get the "Grilled Cheese" Zonk Aspiration, where all of that Sim's wants and fears will revolve around grilled cheese sandwiches. Your Sim will be totally obsessed with grilled cheese sandwiches. However, your Sim's wants will be relatively easier to fulfill, including the "Lifetime want", which will be "Eat 200 grilled cheese sandwiches." Most, if not all, of your Sim's wants will be relatively costless. Your Sim's fears may be more controllable as long as your Sim's cooking skill is great enough. Finally, the spell is totally reversible. Return to the ReNuYu Reprogrammer with a better Aspiration status (preferably Gold or Platinum) and select a different Aspiration. Note: your Sim's previous lifetime want will be forever lost.

  • Have Baby Twins

When your sim is pregnent, make the cheatbox come up and type in ForceTwins. This results in twins. | Submitted by Patrick

  • How To Make A Sim Sing With A Microphone

First you must purchase a karoke machine, second get your sim to sing solo after they have picked up the mic. then activate the moveobjects on cheat, third go into buy mode and move the karake machine away from the sim. Fourth unpause the game and then u will see your sim singing with a microphone. But if your doing a movie, u should be aware that sims sometimes jump on the karake machine. P.s. in modthesims.com u can find a custom microphone and use that instead, to do this u must activate the moveobjects on cheat then go to buy mode
after that go into buy mode and delete the microphone.Then activate the boolProp SnapObjectsToGrid false cheat and get the new microphone and place it in the sim's hand!

  • Postprocessing cheats

Use the following case-sensitive codes after enabling the Postprocessing cheats with the boolProp enablePostProcessing true code. Note: Do not enable or use the Postprocessing cheats unless your video card supports pixel shaders.

Effect - Code

Blur effect; red, green, blue value must be between 0 and 255, and x (bloom) between 0.0 and 1.0 - bloom [r g b x]
Centered blur effect; centerX and centerY are screen coordinates; x (vignette) must be between 0.0 and 1.0 - vignette [centerX centerY x]
Grainy screen effect - filmGrain [0.0-1.0]
Letterbox screen effect - letterBox [0.0-0.4]

  • Reset Sim or object

If your Sim or object is not working with anything, try doing this. It will reset what they are doing with no harm done. First, enable the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true code Shift click on the Sim or object that is not working. Keep selecting the "More..." option until you find the "Force Error" selection. A box will appear. Select"Reset". This will cancel anything they are doing, no matter what.

  • Terrain types

The following terrain types can be used in Neighborhood creation with the terraintype and nhdregiontype codes:

  • Testing cheats mode

Press [CTRL] + [SHIFT] + C during game play to display the console window. Enter boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true to activate testing cheats mode. This is a very powerful cheat that enables many new things. In Create A Sim, after enabling this code, go into debugmode by pressing [Shift] + N before making a Sim. You now have the following new things in Create A Sim: skin tones, clothing, and some other options such as viewing the skinfilenames. In the game itself, after enabling this code, hold [Shift] and left click on a Sim to have lots of options, such as changing clothes, make your Sim fat or thin, set their aspiration level, etc. This code also can spawn some interesting items, such as the tombstone of L(ife) and D(eath), and family members.

Enable the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true code then go onto a different family. A strange code will appear at the top right hand corner. If you go onto the Sims' needs, you can click on each one and drag it up or down, whichever desired. You can also increase the skill points of your Sims in the same way. This is useful if you want a promotion, if your Sim is depressed, if you are teaching a toddler to walk, etc. You can also hold [Shift] and click on a Sim. Click on "More", then "Spawn" and create the Tombstone of L and D. You can click on this, then "More" then "Make everyone here friends with me", which helps if you need friends to get promoted, or to complete an aspiration task.

Enable the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true code then hold [Shift] and click on a mailbox. You will have new options, such as forcing a burglar to rob, know all Sims in the neighborhood (including NPCs and special Sims), force everyone you know to be friends, force pregnancy relations, invite all neighbors over, and more.

Be careful when using the "Testing cheats mode". Many glitches can occur, such as blocky/scattered picture, being unable to save, return to neighborhood, or quit. In rare cases if you use the code too much, you can lose the ability to travel to community lots. The car/taxi will drive offscreen, then immediately drive back.

  • Torture Room

Ok to make yourself a torture room make a family and move them into a city with lots of people in the town. Turn on the move all objects cheat (by pressing holding Ctrl, Shift, C and typing moveobjects_on) then make a second floor to your house without stairs or an elevator leading up to it. Then when neighbors come to visit you pick them up and put them in your torture room and don't put anything in there like a bed or toilet. It is hilarious watching all of the people interact. Also order groceries or a pizza or call the cops or firemen etc. to get more people in there. | Submitted by xgreendayx

  • Trying to find your vampire ?

If you are looking for a vampire, go to Red's 50's diner at night. There's usually always one there, especailly the girl one.

  • Turn into a vampire

Have your Sim become friends with a Grand Vampire. Make sure they have a high Logic. Later on, your Sim will get bitten, turning him or her into a vampire.

Enable the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true code, then click on your Sim and select "Spawn". Then, choose "Sim Modder" and go to "More". You can now select "Make Vampire". Note: If you out in the morning you will start to quickly melt -- stay in your coffin.

Become friends with a vampire, then have another resident of the house influence the vampire to bite you. If your friendship meter is high enough, your Sim will allow the vampire to bite.
