Back to before city god mode
Hold Ctrl, Alt, and shift while going to god mode to get the controlles for before making a city. Like the cheats in Simcity 4, press Ctrl and X to bring up the cheat menu. Type in the cheats below and press Enter

| | - Change City Name. Enter cityname where [name] is.
| | - Change mayor's name. Enter Mayor Name where [name] is.

| | - More pedesrians will run when you look at them
| | - Pause/Resume 24-hour clock.
| | - Removes power requirement for all buildings.
| | - Removes water requirement for all buildings.
| | - Set the Time of Day. Enter time where [time] is.
| | - Show coordinates when hovering over an item.

Do a U-Drive-it mission with the Ice Cream Truck and cycle through the songs. One of the tunes is the opening melody from SimCity 2000. Press Ctrl + X then type "Snow" in the box at the top right.
