Go into to the save menu of the game and open the save or load folder. At the bottom of the screen there will be a link click on it. You now will be in your saves folder and you'll need to open your prison file with the notepad.

Code	Effect
Find in the text where Begin Finace is at balance change the # to how much money you have	game.
On EnableElectricity change true to false	Makes it so you don't have to place electrical aplances anywhere in your prison (Warning disables your ability to use door servos with water cheat).
On EnableWater change true to false	You now don't have to place water anywhere in your prison.
