Add the -console command line parameter to end of the "Target" field in the "Shortcut" properties that are used to launch the game. Press ~ key during game play to display the console window. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Kill selected NPC or enemy	kill
No clipping	tcl

Set currently equipped weapon's condition to 100	player.setweaponhealthperc 100
Set skill level	player.setav [skill name] [1-100]
Set special points	addspecialpoints [number]
Unlocks selected physical lock or terminal	unlock
