Killing Horrigan for Fallout 2 - PC

After killing President Richardson, loot his corpse for a passcard. Sneak around Horrigan (if he sees you, he'll initiate dialogue and attack) and activate the computer with the card. Log in as the president and activate "Counter Insurgency mode". Next, sneak back to where you came in and tell Sergeant Granite that the rig will blow up and he can come with you on the tanker. His squad will attack Horrigan and, due to tampering with the computer, the turrets join the fray too and attack Horrigan! Now, when under fire from over half a dozen turrets, a squad of soldiers and you, even 900 HP goes away quickly. As for you, stay back and enjoy the fireworks. Oh, and use a Gauss Rifle if you have one (aimed shots for the eye) or a Pulse Rifle (he's vulnerable to electric damage) or whatever you have on hand (.223 Pistols may sound odd, but it works). Before you leave, MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND if you intend to continue after winning. If you leave any companions here, they will be lost with all equipment carried as you can't come back to this map. | Submitted by amitakartok
