When you are the Soviets, use a yuri to control a civilian vehicle get it two 2 seconds or more away from the enemy (Soviet, Allied or Yuri) base, and order a Crazy Ivan to put a bomb on it, You can ride into the enemy base without being destroyed because the computer doesn't notice it at all, put next to a building and see it explode and damage the building next to it.
