Go back to Rosa's apartment. Click on Joey and ask him about himself and then about his ghostly powers. Go back to Kelly's apartment. Right click on the bulletin bord and click on the photos to learn that Alexander's last name is "Davenport". Question Kelly to get the girls' first names. When in Kelly's room, use the phone to talk to Joey and ask him to use his powers. He knocks papers off Kelly's desk. While she is distracted, pick up the notebook. Speak to Joey about his powers to get the notebook.
