Eddy is the first person that needs the corkscrew. Select the corkscrew, then the pain medicine. Click and hold, and follow the red thing that is circling around the location where you clicked, while still holding it down. Make sure the pointer is always on the red spot or you will hurt him or create a small cut. If done correctly, this will boost his heart rate. Get rid of all the chips, then chainsaw the collar on the dotted line and remove it piece by piece with the tongs.
