After you complete Sid's Haunted Mansion, zap a ghost into Bullseye. After that, ride him into a well and stop right in front of any place that is locked. Make sure you are as close as possible, then dismount. Ram into him twice with the triangle button until he is on the other side. Then, get very close to the door until it says, saddle up. Then you can go anywhere without unlocking it like Enchanted Glen and Zurg Fortress. The best part is you don't have to deal with fairies or zurg bots attacking your town.
