Go to a fighting area where you can finish people off (arcade, for example),choose Blaze, any arena is fine. Weaken them to the last shot, and on the last shot it should say,"Finish him!" Press down, up, A. If done correctly, it should dropkick they're head off. | Submitted by Jake
