When you drive a car, quickly shoot the small item that appears in the center of the screen before Hierophant appears. If done correctly, you will get the Chamber Infinite item.
After you defeat Hierophant you will see two blue mini buses. Shoot the back door of the left bus to get the Credit Infinite item.
