First, access the Lost World Of Krematoa island. Will need over 75 "B" Coins. Go to the house and enter it. Give all your "B" Coins to the bear and he will give you dynamite in exchange. Watch the laser shooter and a short laser will emerge from it. If you lay the barrel down (hold Down and release Y), the laser will curl around it and disappear. Grab the barrel and throw it at the propeller. Take your time, and you will defeat him. After winning the battle, you will get a DK Coin.
