You will need a Blue or Red Version and a Transfer Pack to do this.

Perform the Missingno trick and catch an ultra-high levelled Pok'emon. Something like a Snorlax or Golduck would be good.

Now use Rare Candies to Level that Pok'emon all the way up to Lv255. If you do not have enough Rare Candies, put them in spot 6 of your pack and perform the Missingno trick.

When it reaches Lv255, give it another Rare Candy. The Pok'emon should grow to Lv0. Now give it Rare Candies until it reaches a level accepted by Pika Cup.
