To do this glitch go to the city and jump on the front of a police car. There's a chance a red car will be in front of you. Keep hitting it regardless of what it says. Once you destroy it Bonne bots will fall out. Shoot them if you want. Open the trunk and get the zenny from it. Then speak to the policeman. Once he finishes saying he didn't find it (say no if he askes do you have it) press A and you'll become Dark Megaman.
