Under the 00 Agent difficulty, you will notice that it is incredibly hard to get Natalya off the Train before it blows up. There is a solution. When you first enter the room with Ourumov, line him up with Xenia. Shoot him, and continue firing until Xenia is also dead. Now start with the floor.
