To get the ice key which is in Freezeezy Peak, go to the sandcastle in Treasure Trove Cove. Then, type in CHEAT. Once you have done that, type NOW YOU CAN SEE A NICE ICE KEY WHICH YOU CAN HAVE FOR FREE. The screen will show you a picture of it if you entered it in correctly.
