Enter the building and accept the request of a rotation battle from the waiter. You can earn Big Mushroom items depending on your performance here, which you can then easily sell for 2,500 apiece. Repeat the battle as often as you like, and sell the mushrooms for easy money while also earning lots of experience points. This may no longer work once you acquire the Voltage badge and depart from the city.
