At the start screen press F10 and Return at the same time. A little window will pop up asking you which level you want to pick. During gameplay Press the Apple key and F10 together to end that level and move on to the next one. Press B, R and I all at the same to to regain your health. Push F11 and M at the same time to turn the music off/on.
